Unless stated as FREE, delivery is £2.95. Orders are usually shipped the same day but please allow upto 7 days for delivery.

Please note, if goods are returned to us by Royal Mail as uncollected we will refund the total amount charged if required less £5 (administration charge). If you require the goods posting out again, we are happy to do so but a second delivery charge will be incurred.

All stock is available for immediate delivery. However there may be rare occasions when items are out of stock. Under such circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible with an anticipated delivery date and give you the option of placing the item on "back order" or cancelling it and obtaining a refund. Contact is made via email so please ensure you provide your correct address when ordering.

All goods are guaranteed against electrical/mechanical failure and substandard workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase excluding consumable items, e.g. bulbs, batteries and what is considered to be fair wear and tear. We would respectfully request that you always retain your receipt or despatch note as proof of purchase for any warranty claim. We regret that no warranty claim can be considered without proof of purchase.

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your mind and return unwanted goods to us to arrive within seven days, for a full refund to the value of the goods. Please note shipping costs are not refunded. Some items are not covered by this returns policy due to health/hygiene reasons. Goods must be in their original packaging and unused. Faulty goods can be returned for repair (or exchanged at the manufacturers discretion) within the 12 months guarantee period. Please read 'Guarantee' details above. Please note you must always supply proof of purchase. As per normal high street shopping conditions in all events the cost to return the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of Unlocking Clips these are excluded from our refund policy unless proven to be faulty .

Ace Games ' entire obligation in the event of defective goods, damaged goods, failure to deliver goods, incorrect quantities or incorrect goods shipped will be to either, (a)Offer a full refund to the value of the goods or (b)Offer replacement for any goods of incorrect quantity, defective or damaged. Under no circumstances will Ace Games be liable for any consequential, direct or indirect loss arising from any such occurrence stated above. The total liability of Ace Games in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods.

In purchasing goods on this site you acknowledge that the contract between Ace Games and yourself is governed by and interpreted by English Law and that English courts will have jurisdiction in resolving any disputes.
